We ship anywhere in the world... as long as it's in the UK!

 

We like it quick but not too quick… that’s why we aim to deliver your dirty little secrets in 3–5 working days. Fast enough to keep you excited, but steady enough to make sure everything arrives just right. Our packages are discreet, but what’s inside? Well, that’s where the real fun begins…

Oh, and if you’re too uptight to pay the delivery fee, you can always collect from us at the Kingsway Centre in Newport for free.....How generous are we?

RETURN POLICY

At The Bad Santa, we do do returns (you said do do :-) ) because sometimes even the worst gifts deserve a second chance.

 

So... you didn’t like your gift?

Then please email the elves at thenaughtylist@thebandsanta.co.uk with your ridiculous explanation why the item is unsuitable and they will happily sort it out for you.

You’ve got 30 days from the day your package arrives to decide whether you love it, hate it, or regift it to someone you secretly despise. After that, it’s yours forever. Like that one fruitcake your aunt gave you in 1997.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn (looking at you, Rudolph boxers)

  • Unwashed (we're not your laundry service)

  • Uneaten ( we don't want any half chewed chocolate anus back)

Once we get your item back and confirm it’s not covered in mistletoe residue, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for our elves (or the overworked Mrs Claus) to process it.

When it comes to paying for your questionable holiday purchases, we only accept cards.
